POSITION SUMMARY:

NOTE:  GENERAL AVIATION INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.  THIS POSITION WILL BE BASED AT THE CINCINNATI/NORTHERN KENTUCKY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. 

The AOG Coordinator is the first contact for Clients and will assist the Airframe Technical Advisors (TA) in handling the client’s needs on routine, minor unscheduled and AOG events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Create Service Calls that will alert the TA of a future or current events.
  2. Assist Client and TA by placing parts orders, as requested, with the JSSI Purchasing department.
  3. Communicate with the client and the maintenance provider, as required.
  4. Research logbooks, as required.
  5. Responsible for event triage, assessing and ensuring each situation is handled appropriately by:
    • Being the initial contact for the client and/ or maintenance provider.
    • Initial setup to track and support the maintenance event.
    • Turning the event over to the TA after initial setup.
  6. Review and process invoices using the company provided invoicing system, meeting turn time goals set forth by Technical Services Management and policy.
  7. Will be trained to have a thorough understanding of the current contract, policies and procedures
  8. Develops and maintains client relationships through periodic contact.
  9. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Technical Services Management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Field preferred
  • Airframe and Powerplant ratings REQUIRED
  • At least one year experience with corporate turbine-powered business aircraft (not commercial) preferred, with particular expertise working with airframes.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Position Summary:

Position Summary:

The mission of the Aircraft Maintenance Pricing Analyst is to assist the Pricing Manager in the administration of the JSSI airframe/engine programs. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Collect cost data from functional representatives, contractors and vendors
  2. Compute cost estimates of material procurement, repair, replenishment and transportation
  3. Prepare and maintain historical cost data
  4. Create cost models for cost estimating elements
  5. Prepare cost reports and present findings to management
  6. Utilize cost data to construct profitable pricing models
  7. Provide on-going reporting to Pricing Manager in support of price revisions and updating as required
  8. Maintain Master Price Lists
  9. Research and calculate airframe rates for new, transfer and renewal contracts
  10. Research and calculate engine pro rata elimination fees
  11. Maintain the database used for airframe and engine rate calculations
  12. Maintain the Technical Services library
  13. Research cost comparisons – actual vs data base pricing
  14. Provide technical support to support to the Client Services and Sales Staff with regards to inspection programs and rates
  15. Communicate changes to inspection requirements to the Technical Services field reps
  16. Research Service Bulletin and Airworthiness Directives as required

Additional Responsibilities

  1. Assist with cost analysis studies and research projects

Desired Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Aviation Related)
  • 2-3 years aviation technical experience
  • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and logistics
  • Working knowledge of aircraft inspection requirements
  • Experience with maintenance planning and forecasting is a plus
  • Maintenance Controller experience a plus
  • Ability to ensure a factual audit trail is established for all pricing efforts supporting contract proposals
  • A & P license a plus
  • Turbine Helicopter experience is a strong plus

Position Summary:

The mission of this role is to provide support to the EMEAA Sales Directors and Admin Team in several key areas. First, as an Aircraft Maintenance Pricing Analyst, to be responsible for assisting the EMEAA Sales Directors and Client Relationship Managers in creating quotes for Airframes/Engines/APU’s primarily in the EMEAA territory. Second, as a Sales Engineer, to provide technical help and background to interpreting the pricing workbooks for the Sales Directors while visiting a client.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with Rapid Quotes and creating Pricing Workbooks and Quotes for the Sales Directors and Client Services for EMEAA clients.
  2. Interact with the Contracts and Client Services Team on workbook pricing questions, contract wording and application for specific clients.
  3. Interact with the Tech Team for pricing and coverage questions, as well as validation and explanation of pricing in the workbooks.
  4. Join EMEAA Sales Directors and Client Relationship Managers on client visits when requested as an additional source of technical information or to explain the pricing in detail.
  5. Collect and track MRP pricing for all EMEAA MRO’s, and develop a spreadsheet with applicable rates, and maintain it on an ongoing basis.
  6. Perform special projects as assigned by management.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years MRO/Service Center Experience in Corporate Aviation or Commuter/Small Airline Environment
  • Falcon / Bombardier experience a plus
  • A&P not required, but a plus
  • Experience with pricing and costing is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and logistics
  • Working knowledge of aircraft inspection requirements
  • Experience with maintenance planning and forecasting is a plus
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting major tracking system programs (i.e. CAMP, CMP, FlightDocs, AvTrak, etc.)
  • Highly skilled at MS Excel, as well as MSWord, etc.
  • Light travel required.

POSITION SUMMARY:

  3. Create Service Calls that aid in the tracking of technical data and financial forecasting
  4. Develops and maintains client relationships through periodic contact.
  5. Grow and maintain relationships with regional service facilities, mobile repair teams, etc.
  6. Research logbooks and/or conduct visual inspections for new enrollments or existing contracts.
  7. Review and process invoices in AMS, meeting turn time goals set forth by Technical Services Management and policy.
  8. Responsible for event triage, assessing and ensuring each situation is handled appropriately
  9. Must have a thorough understanding of the current contract, policies and procedures
  10. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Technical Services Management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Fluency in reading, writing and speaking Spanish is required
  • Unrestricted authorization to live and work in Mexico is required
  • Airframe and Powerplant ratings required

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Helicopter Technical Advisor will help to maintain the JSSI Helicopter Airframe Program.  As the primary contact for JSSI Clients, this position will handle the routine, minor unscheduled and AOG events, utilizing the appropriate Project Line Specialist (PLS). This position will interface with the airframe and engine Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s), service centers, and the owners/operators.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Review, audit and oversee all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events being performed at the service center
  2. Possess knowledge of the complete JSSI Helicopter Airframe Program and be capable of discussing complex support questions
  3. Develop and maintain client relationships through periodic contact.
  4. Assist, as needed, in helping resolve customer complaints or contractual misunderstandings between JSSI, the owner/operator, the service center, the OEM and/or aircraft brokerage firms or independent salespersons
  5. Develop a thorough understanding of the current contract, policies and procedures
  6. Effectively communicate, both verbal and written, with the customers, service centers and OEM’s to resolve any complaints or contractual misunderstandings
  7. Obtain and review all work estimates as needed, submitted by the service centers for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
  8. Review and process all invoices prior to being submitted to the Chicago office Headquarters for payment
  9. Track preliminary scheduled inspections or major unscheduled events and work with the customer to schedule the maintenance into a Service Center
  10. Routinely work with OEM’s, Service Centers and operators currently enrolled in the JSSI programs to ensure smooth administration of the programs in accordance with established policies, procedures, and/or guidelines
  11. Respond to technical matters and problems concerning JSSI clients and arrange timely and accurate diagnosis
  12. Arrange appropriate visits to Service Centers to review work in progress on customer airframes. 
  13. Assist management’s accounting and administrative efforts in resolving payment disputes or collections problems with program customers by making individual contact with delinquent operators
  14. Create Service Calls that will alert the PLS of a future event
  15. Research logbooks and/or conduct visual inspections for new enrollments or existing contracts.
  16. Responsible for event triage, assessing and ensuring each situation is handled appropriately by turning it over to the Product Line Specialist
  17. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Technical Services Management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Field preferred
  • Airframe and Powerplant ratings required
  • 10 years’ experience with turbine-powered helicopters (in either Utility, Charter, EMS, Oil & Gas, MRO and /or Corporate) preferred, with particular expertise working with airframes
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and write articulately and analytically

POSITION SUMMARY:

Position Summary and Mission:

This mission of the Director of Business Development, Government Accounts is to work independently in coordinating direct and third-party US and foreign government contracts. This position will also service government and commercial customers who support defense weapons platforms and purchases through the government solicitation process.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare proposals and bids to the government entities for all programs or services offered by JSSI.
  2. Ensure compliance with government laws, rules and regulations and administer records, documents and reference materials related to government contracts and compliance.
  3. Properly execute US and foreign government contracts while ensuring the company’s status remains in good standing with all government agencies and entities.
  4. Review CBD and other federal registers for government proposals which JSSI can support.
  5. Work with suppliers on opportunities related to government business.
  6. Maintain and foster relationships with necessary government agencies.
  7. Maintain and foster inter-company relationships.
  8. Maintain appropriate government quotes and contracts files.
  9. Maintain availability and use formal government reference materials, e.g. FAR, D/FAR, specifications and standards, government publications.

Desired Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s Degree in business, logistics or related field required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

*At least three years’ experience directly selling to customers in the aviation parts sales/distribution and/or manufacturing industry required

*Coursework in Public Administration and government-related subjects including contracts, contract administration, regulations, and government law is a strong plus

*Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) designation is a strong plus

*At least five years’ experience in government contracts and business with some government accounting experience, to include pricing, negotiation, contract administration and compliance

Position Summary:

The mission of the SQL Reports Developer is to be a technical expert on the IT team who will be responsible for analysis, design, development, implementation of analytical and business intelligence reporting solutions for JSSI, and to ensure integrity of data. In addition, the BI Report Developer will be engaging in various customer-facing tasks such as basic requirements-gathering and must be able to provide effective reporting solutions for presented issues. This role will involve daily communications with both IT & non-IT staff; therefore a diverse range of communication styles must be present. Providing technical guidance on a regular basis is also required. The candidate should have advanced-level SQL and BI skills and will utilize a variety of BI and reporting tools such as Microsoft Reporting Services.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a full suite of BI reporting products that provide real business value and improve information worker efficiency in a complex database environment comprised of SQL Server 2008, 2012 relational databases.
  • Support a wide range of users from Analyst to Executive Management roles, by responding quickly to user needs and developing report products in a timely manner.
  • Analyze requirements and interact with users and designers to determine the data sets required to meet the users' needs.
  • Build efficient, complex, parameterized SQL queries and stored procedures to produce output data sets, evaluating the technology available and selecting the best report format and delivery medium.
  • Apply effective aesthetic report design to maximize informational value.
