Yes! JSSI can provide either a Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) solution or a highly customized program based on specific Performance Work Statement, Statement of Work or Statements of Requirements. Program features can be added or removed or completely modified to meet the needs of the customer. In addition, we can offer purpose-built solutions to create winning proposals in the areas of: Program Management, Supply Chain Systems, and Data & Engineering Solutions.

Jet Support Services delivers significant cost reduction to our customers. When you join one of our programs, your fleet becomes a part of our fleet of over 4,000 engines to date. With the support of our Product Line Specialist, we become an extension of your team and enable you to focus on your own customers and day-to-day operations. Our team manages over 300 overhaul events per year and that experience is directly passed along to our customers.
Does JSSI Perform The Maintenance?
Jet Support Services is an independent provider of hourly cost maintenance programs. We do not perform maintenance on the engines but we do provide independent oversight through our Product Line Specialist and Technical Advisors. This team is comprised of former OEM engineers and MRO specialists.
What If The Program Doesn't Meet My Profile?
The JSSI Term Program provides coverage that is tailored to your operational needs. We will work with your team to develop the perfect combination of coverage and services that will transfer the maintenance burden and risk to JSSI. The Term Program considers the unique requirements including pricing models, payment terms, coverage requirements, and engine lifecycle planning. Fully transferrable to any make or model of engine you will avoid losing your program investment as fleet changes take place.
Do I Have Options For Engine Coverage?
Yes. JSSI offers different programs to provide varying levels of coverage to suit our clients’ engine maintenance needs. The JSSI PLATINUM Program is designed specifically for owners and operators of select makes and models of large-cabin aircraft. This program offers an all-inclusive, hourly cost maintenance program that drives down maintenance costs and provides budget stability and peace of mind. JSSI Platinum provides comprehensive coverage for Removal and Replacement (R&R) and shipping. The JSSI PREMIUM Program is the highest level of engine protection, including accruals for major scheduled events and life-limited component replacement—whether scheduled or unscheduled—in addition to all future ADs and recommended and mandatory Service Bulletins issued after the original date of enrollment. Our SELECT Program offers coverage for your major scheduled and unscheduled events at a lower rate than the Premium Program because scheduled life-limited component replacement is not covered. We also offer an UNSCHEDULED program that is designed for those wishing to only have protection from unforeseen maintenance costs and willing to accept all other budgetary responsibilities for scheduled maintenance. Program upgrades are also available for an additional charge to the hourly rate.
Are We Committed to a Specific Repair Facility?
No. If choosing your repair facility is important to you, enroll your aircraft under the JSSI Choice option. However, allowing JSSI to select the repair facility enables us to provide the most cost-effective coverage for your aircraft. Over the years, we have developed strong relationships with certain maintenance providers and parts suppliers and, in return, we have the ability to lower your maintenance costs through discounted repairs and lower hourly rates. If preferred, you still have the option to select a maintenance facility as long as it is approved by both the Governing Aviation Authority and the OEM.
