Part of JSSI Software, Traxxall is committed to delivering the most advanced maintenance tracking solution in the industry, and we continue to invest in new features and functionality to help operators with their day-to-day processes. As always, new features and enhancements are based on our customers’ feedback and suggestions.
Explore some of the key features introduced in the March release:
The Traxxall Snags module allows aircraft operators to manage unscheduled maintenance tasks like discrepancies, MELs, NEFs, and watch list items. In this release, we added a new feature that allows users to take a specific deferral action on Snags, which creates an individual record for the deferral, while also keeping the deferred item open and visible for further action. To see this new feature in action, check out the video below:
The new Fleet Snags page provides a centralized location to monitor and manage unscheduled maintenance tasks across all of your aircraft, whether for tracking open issues in real-time or analyzing historical records for aircraft reliability. Not all deferrals have a calendar or flight hour restriction, but could have an operational restriction (ie. Do not fly in forecasted icing conditions). In the latest release, we have added functionality to provide better visibility into these operational restrictions, directly from the Snags page in Traxxall.
As aircraft maintenance and operational data becomes more and more important in business aviation, we continue to add layers of functionality to to support more detailed reporting in Traxxall. In this release, we have added a dedicated Excel report, to both the aircraft and fleet views, that provides users with a clearer, more targeted view of unscheduled maintenance tasks.
For users that utilize the Traxxall Work Planner feature, we have added new functionality that assists in planning maintenance execution. Users now have the ability to assign tasks to users one-by-one or in batch. We have also added capabilities to the search, filtering, and exports to easily view what tasks have been assigned to your user or your team.
From the “History & Utilizations” tab in Traxxall, users can easily view historical flight times and manage future utilization values, either using monthly averages, or our more advanced “seasonality” function. With this release, we have included new filtering capabilities on both the aircraft and fleet utilizations page, providing users with better visibility into historical flight times.
