Expanded & Refined Search Results – New, improved search functionality sorts results by what is most competitively priced first, ensuring users can view the best deals right away. Color-coded features indicate stock availability at a quick glance.
Product Pages – Expanded search results now provide more options and detailed information, even for parts not currently in stock. To ensure the best experience possible, comprehensive product pages now include detailed aircraft information and even part-specific data to help make informed decisions and provide insights to all PNs in the catalog – even if a part is out of stock.
Warranty Replacements & Returns – We’ve enhanced our capabilities for online returns and core exchanges. Each order detail page now features a convenient option at the bottom to return or replace items. User may search for and select the items they need to return and are then guided through that process. This functionality is available for items within the warranty timeframe.
Purchase Approval Documents – Generate and share a detailed PDF of your shopping cart for internal approval before completing a purchase. The PDF includes all essential fields to record and confirm approvals, allowing you to proceed with your purchase in PartsHub seamlessly.
New & Improved Onboarding Process – As new users begin their onboarding journey, they are provided with details regarding the process and expectations through the activation steps. A tailored experience is provided to existing JSSI accounts versus new ones to ease in the process of capturing the required company and user details for activation. It’s time to invite all your friends and colleagues to join PartsHub.
Website Performance Optimizations – Users will experience faster load times and smoother navigation across PartsHub.
UI Improvements – Various user interface improvements now offer better details into shipping times visibility and other clickable aspects of the order process.
Custom Notifications – Admin users can now choose optional notifications to their team-members activities on the PartsHub.
