JSSI offers two excellent options through BCBS of Illinois. The PPO Plan covers 90% of in-network services after a $250 individual or $750 family deductible, while the HMO Plan provides Illinois-based employees coordinated care through a Primary Care Provider. Both plans include valuable extras like 24/7 virtual doctor visits, wellness programs, rewards for healthy habits, fitness tracking, exclusive discounts, and convenient prescription coverage with low copays and home delivery options.

JSSI’s dental plan, provided through Guardian, offers both in-network and out-of-network coverage with a $1,500 annual benefit. Preventive care is covered at 100%, and children are eligible for orthodontia coverage with a $1,500 lifetime maximum.

JSSI offers vision coverage through Guardian’s Davis Vision network. With an in-network provider, employees receive an annual eye exam for a $10 copay and an allowance for frames and contact lenses.

JSSI offers an FSA through BRI, enabling team members to save money by using pre-tax dollars for eligible health and dependent care expenses.

All benefit-eligible team members receive company-paid short-term (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) coverage through Guardian.

This company paid benefit provides a $15,000 benefit for all full-time team members. The AD&D benefit is equal to the life insurance benefit.

All team members can purchase voluntary benefits, including additional life insurance and AD&D for themselves, their spouse, or children. Supplemental coverage options like accident, critical illness, and hospital indemnity insurance are also available to help protect against unexpected medical expenses not covered by standard insurance.

JSSI’s Flexible Time Off (FTO) policy allows eligible salaried U.S. employees to take time off as needed, without a cap, while ensuring job responsibilities are met. This policy excludes hourly employees, interns, temporary staff, and third-party agency employees. Employees who experience childbirth are eligible for 12 weeks of fully paid, job-protected leave. All other new parents receive 6 weeks of paid leave, including 4 consecutive weeks and 2 flexible floating weeks. The policy supports bonding with your child through birth, adoption, foster care, or gestational surrogacy.

JSSI’s retirement plan helps you save for the future with automatic enrollment at a 3% pre-tax contribution rate, placed in the default fund unless you choose otherwise.
