Traxxall Technologies Inc. provides employer-sponsored group benefits and retirement benefits to its Canadian employees across all provinces. These benefits are in addition to all government-sponsored programs provided by the federal and provincial governments.

Group Benefits

Group benefits are provided through Blue Cross Medavie, a leading Canadian insurer. Participation is mandatory for all eligible Canadian employees. Eligibility is based on the number of work hours per week. Benefits encompass extended health care and dental care benefits for employees and their dependent spouses and/or children, including prescription drugs, medical supplies, hospitalization, vision care, paramedical services, and travel insurance.

Dental Care

Traxxall Technologies Inc. covers preventive, basic, and major restoration.

Additionally, Traxxall Technologies Inc. provides term life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment insurance, dependent life insurance and short-term and long-term disability.

Retirement Benefits

Employer-sponsored retirement benefits are provided by Canada-Life through a group RRSP and are available to all eligible plan members in Canada. Unlike group benefits, participation is voluntary. Traxxall Technologies Inc. will contribute up to 1% of the employee’s earnings if the employee contributes 1%. All further contributions by the employee are unmatched. There are a wide range of investment options available to plan members that are tailored to the employee’s specific retirement goals.
