Corporate Air Center 

Located at Skagit Regional Airport (KBVS), about 100 miles north of Seattle, Washington, Corporate Air Center (CAC) was founded in 1994. The company provides maintenance and avionics support, aircraft management, pilot services and a full-service FBO. CAC manages a mixed fleet of 24 aircraft, including Gulfstreams, Learjets and a Bell 407.

Gary Ehrheart, CAC’s Director of Maintenance and Avionics has been with the company for about 15 years. Earlier in his career, Gary was a Primary Structures Technician for regional airline Era Aviation in Anchorage, Alaska.

We do a lot at CAC. Maintenance, avionics, aircraft management, brokerage and we’re an Authorized Full Maintenance Service Center for the Cirrus SF50 Vision Jet. We manage aircraft for corporate and private clients and our missions range from regional to continental to international.

Based on the last two years, I would definitely recommend Traxxall to any aircraft operator with maintenance tracking requirements. Everyone in our shop appreciates the quality and accuracy of its maintenance tracking, the solid customer support and its user-friendliness. If it were purely my decision, all our aircraft would be on Traxxall tomorrow.

The Journey

Prior to about two years ago, our aircraft were enrolled on competing systems. I first learned about Traxxall at an NBAA event. We set up a webinar, took a closer look at the functions and weighed the benefits. I was sold immediately. Today, 75% of our aircraft are on Traxxall and my goal is to get our entire fleet onto Traxxall.

The Benefits of Traxxall

Traxxall offers excellent service. Communications are prompt and clear. Our analyst, Dawn King, is a pleasure to work with, does a great job and often turns around e-mails in under 30 minutes. With other providers, answers to our questions could sometimes take weeks.

The team at Traxxall keeps innovating their product. For example, the new mobile app was launched about six months ago. I’m on-the-go constantly. So, having full visibility onto our fleet from my tablet or phone is very beneficial.

Also, the Traxxall team is very open. They value our feedback. We shared some ideas with their development team and they were welcomed. It’s totally different from our experience with previous suppliers. I would certainly recommend Traxxall to fellow aircraft operators. Consider this – more than three years ago, none of our aircraft were on Traxxall. Now, most of our fleet is on it. Whenever an owner is approaching service contract renewal with a competitor, I recommend switching to Traxxall. Ultimately, I’d like to see our entire fleet on Traxxall and expect it will continue to move in that direction fairly quickly.
