Fabrice Roger, SVP Business Development, recently spoke with EVA Magazine about JSSI’s expanding presence in Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia. How do we work to understand regional costs and different maintenance environments?
“Of the 10,000+ maintenance events that JSSI handles every year, 45% of its maintenance program activity is outside the U.S. Our data is specific to each region and operation type. For example, in Europe, flights are usually shorter, and utilization is quite varied. In the Middle East, sandy environment is a factor, and there is a lack of hangar space in Asia. We consider multiple factors and apply our aggregated intelligence to service our customers’ unique needs, in their local culture.”
