Figueiredo brings over two decades of global experience in aircraft sales, acquisitions, maintenance, and operations
CHICAGO, June 3, 2025, – Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Philipe Figueiredo as Vice President of Business Development for JSSI Parts & Leasing. In this role, he will lead all global commercial initiatives for the division.
JSSI launched its Parts & Leasing business in 2014 to support clients, aircraft owners, operators, and MROs with smarter, faster access to parts and engines. Since then, the business has grown significantly, navigating global supply chain challenges while expanding its inventory and capabilities. JSSI currently maintains an inventory of over 100,000 parts in stock, a portfolio of more than 80 engines and APUs available for lease, and strategic warehouse locations worldwide. The division also supports a growing customer base through its digital procurement platform, PartsHub, which launched in 2023 to streamline parts sourcing and purchasing.
Figueiredo brings over 25 years of leadership experience across aerospace, industrial, and logistics sectors, with deep expertise in aircraft sales, OEM partnerships, and international trade. His appointment reflects JSSI’s commitment to expanding its global footprint and delivering even greater value to customers.

Prior to joining JSSI, Figueiredo served as Managing Director at Razac, one of the largest private aircraft importers in Brazil. He also held senior leadership roles at various organizations, including Chief Commercial Officer at Timbro, and led sales efforts for Honeywell International and Lider Táxi Aéreo in Latin America. Figueiredo is currently based in São Paulo, Brazil, and holds a degree in International Business from Unicentro Newton Paiva. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
