São Paulo, Brazil – June 5, 2025 – At this week’s Catarina Aviation Show, JSSI— a global leader in maintenance support and financial services for business aviation—announced significant growth across its portfolio in South America, including continued momentum for Traxxall, its aircraft maintenance management software solution.
A key milestone of this expansion is the recent addition of UpStar Aviation, a leading Brazilian air taxi, charter and aircraft management company, to the Traxxall customer base. UpStar selected Traxxall to enhance operational visibility and efficiencies across its mixed fleet of business jets, turboprops, and helicopters.
“We are very excited to partner with JSSI & Traxxall as our maintenance software provider” said Raquel Sacramento, Director of Maintenance and Certifications at UpStar Aviation. “The Traxxall platform gives our team the tools needed to manage a mixed fleet of aircraft across multiple locations with great level of detail. The dashboards and reporting give us better visibility into the status of our aircraft and the workflows help us speed up the return to service process. In addition, Traxxall has great, local analyst support here in Brazil, which was a major factor in our decision.”
“Brazil and South America have continued to be a strong market for Traxxall, and we are pleased to support UpStar Aviation,” said Mark Steinbeck, Chief Commercial Officer for Traxxall. “In the early days of Traxxall, we started building our presence in this region, delivering a superior product and service to corporate flight departments, charter operators, and management companies. In 2021, we welcomed Giuliano Palma Donadio to the Traxxall team (based in Sao Paulo) and he has helped strategically grow our customer base and support infrastructure throughout South America over the last several years.”
In addition to JSSI’s maintenance software solutions, the company has also seen substantial growth across its other business units, including Hourly Cost Maintenance Programs, Parts & Leasing, Aviation Capital, and Conklin & deDecker. “JSSI continues to invest in the development and support of our suite of solutions for business aircraft owners and operators in South America” said David Caporali, JSSI’s Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development in LATAM. “This region has been one of the fastest growing business aircraft markets in the world, and we are here to provide best-in-class solutions and support to owners and operators throughout the lifecycle of their aircraft.”
