Since our founding in 1989, Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI) has redefined business aviation support by introducing the industry’s first alternative to manufacturer maintenance programs, pioneering new coverage models for private aircraft. Our OEM-agnostic model puts aircraft owners and operators first — delivering unmatched service, flexibility, and choice.
Today, JSSI supports over 30% of the global business jet fleet with hourly cost maintenance (HCM) programs, maintenance tracking software, parts procurement, and financial tools — tailored for virtually every make and model.
