Neil Book

Chairman & CEO

Neil is the Chairman, President, and CEO of Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI), the leading independent provider of maintenance support and financial tools for the business aviation industry. Founded in 1989, JSSI has grown under Neil’s leadership to support approximately 30% of the world’s business jets through its maintenance programs, parts and software business, and aviation finance fund. Over the past decade, the company has expanded into new areas both organically and through acquisitions. Neil has successfully attracted strong partnerships with leading private equity firms GTCR, Genstar Capital, and Blackstone.
Before joining JSSI in 2012, Neil was president and CEO of SMobile Systems, which sold to Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) in 2010, where he served as Vice President of Mobile Security. Under Neil’s leadership, SMobile became a market leader in the rapidly emerging mobile security industry. He is the inventor of two patents: System and Method for Detecting Spyware and System and Method for Controlling a Mobile Device.
He sits on the advisory boards of Maverick Ventures, a technology-focused venture capital firm. Neil is involved in a cross-section of non-profits, sitting on the boards for The Adler Planetarium and Shedd Aquarium in Chicago, the Jewish United Fund of Chicago, the United Hatzalah’s emergency medical services in Israel, as well as the Horn Program in Entrepreneurship at the University of Delaware.
Neil began his career at AT&T. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware.

Tim Elberfeld

Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer

In his role, Tim Elberfeld is responsible for all aspects of Finance & Accounting at JSSI. Additionally, Tim oversees JSSI’s operational and customer support functions, including the maintenance technical services organization, client services, underwriting, and information technology.
Prior to joining JSSI, Tim served in a range of progressive roles at TransUnion, a global information and financial services company publicly listed on the New York Stock Exchange. His roles included Chief Accounting Officer as well as Chief Financial Officer for the Africa Region in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Tim began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he served clients in the Transaction Services group. At PwC, he led cross-border engagements for clients and in the execution of complex acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs. He also completed a multi-year secondment in Zurich, Switzerland, where he supported clients on both inbound and outbound deals across Europe.
He was named CFO of the Year by Financial Executives International (FEI) Chicago in 2025.
Tim received an undergraduate degree in accounting from Anderson University and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).

Francisco Zozaya M.

Chief Commercial Officer

As Chief Commercial Officer at JSSI, Francisco Zozaya leads global business development and oversees Maintenance Programs and Parts & Engines sales. He fosters collaboration across marketing, product management, and technical and customer support teams to strengthen JSSI’s value proposition for clients and operators worldwide.
Prior to joining JSSI in 2019, Francisco served as Director of Aircraft Sales & Acquisitions at Aerolineas Ejecutivas, where he spent 14 years managing the sales organization, achieving 80% market share over several consecutive years. Francisco facilitated several key industry alliances for Latin America’s largest business aviation company and has established an extensive network with the global broker community, financial institutions, OEMs, and MROs.
He previously served on the Board of Directors for San Miguel School of Chicago and actively supports the Mexican community in Chicago through organizations focused on education.
Francisco graduated from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City as an industrial engineer.

Carly Anderson

General Counsel & Chief Legal, Strategy, & Human Resources Officer

As General Counsel and Chief Legal, Strategy, and Human Resources Officer, Carly oversees all legal, compliance, and HR matters, partnering with the leadership team to shape JSSI’s business strategy and direction.
Prior to joining JSSI, Carly held several roles at The Boeing Company. Most recently, she served as Vice President for Engineering, Regulatory, and FAA Compliance at Boeing Commercial Airplanes in the law department. Previous key roles at Boeing include Chief Counsel for Supply Chain at Boeing Defense, Space & Security, and Chief Counsel for Competition, Anti-Corruption and Regional Counsel for Canada and Latin America.
Before her time at Boeing, Carly held various positions in the federal government. Her service at the Department of Justice included roles as Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General of the Antitrust Division and as a Trial Attorney in the Civil Division specializing in civil litigation. Carly also served as Deputy Associate Counsel in the White House.
Carly is a Trustee on the Kohl Children’s Museum Board, which provides interactive exhibits and programming for young children to foster early development.
Carly began her career as a law clerk in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center. Carly holds degrees from Stanford University, the London School of Economics, and Harvard Law School.

Ben Hockenberg

Chief Investment Officer

As Chief Investment Officer, Ben leads JSSI Aviation Capital: shaping the aircraft finance strategy and leading capital raising activities, while managing complex investments and transactions across JSSI’s portfolio. He joined JSSI in 2020, previously serving as Chief Operating Officer, where he oversaw business and operational units including JSSI Parts & Leasing, technical services, and JSSI Maintenance Software.
Prior to his tenure with JSSI, Ben worked across numerous financial service and alternative investment verticals, including investment banking, private equity, and credit investing, at firms such as Deutsche Bank, The Pritzker Organization, Venor Capital, and Greenbriar Asset Management. Ben holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.

Molly Hennessy

Chief Product & Technology Officer

As Chief Product and Technology Officer, Molly oversees the company’s continued investment in technology, AI, and data-driven solutions. She leads efforts to advance JSSI’s technology stack, enhance client portals, and optimize internal and external tools that drive efficiency and information transparency for aircraft operators worldwide.
Molly joined JSSi after more than nine years at United Airlines, where she most recently served as Managing Director, Crew and Catering Technology. In this role, she spearheaded the transformation of crew scheduling tools from legacy mainframe systems to a modern technology stack, fostering collaboration between pilot and flight attendant organizations to deliver significant time and cost savings.
Molly holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering. During her undergraduate years, she was also a member of the swim team.

Alexis Javkin

Executive Vice President, Maintenance Operations & Procurement

In his role, Alexis Javkin leads JSSI’s global technical services and parts procurement organization – ensuring JSSI is meeting and exceeding client expectations at every maintenance event.

Prior to joining JSSI in 2024, Alexis served dual roles for Aerolineas Ejectivas (ALE) as CEO of ALE Service Center and Group Vice President. Before that, he held various roles at Unilever. An industrial engineer by trade, Alexis earned his undergraduate degree from Tecnologico de Monterrey, followed by an MBA From IPADE business school.

Greg Heine

Executive Vice President, Traxxall

As EVP of Traxxall, Greg leads operations, sales, and product strategy, shaping the customer experience and growth of JSSI’s portfolio of maintenance tracking, inventory, and MRO management software solutions.
Greg brings over 15 years of aviation and software experience, with a background in operations, sales, and new product development. Prior to joining JSSI in 2023, he held the role of President at Flightdocs and was instrumental in facilitating the sale of the company to ATP (now Veryon), where he held the role of chief strategy officer and chief marketing officer post-acquisition. He also served as CEO of Vessel Vanguard, a leading provider of maintenance software solutions for yacht owners and commercial vessel operators.
Greg is an AMT 40 under 40 award recipient, serves on the NBAA Maintenance Committee, and received his bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration and management at Bentley University.
