JSSI and Clients Work Together to Bring Relief to Haiti

More than $169K of Donations and Waived Flight Hour Fees

Chicago, IL – April 20, 2010 – Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI) inspired its clients to support the recent Haiti earthquake relief efforts by waiving flight hour fees in connection with charitable business aircraft flights into Haiti and the Dominican Republic. The waived fees totaled more than $129,000 in value. Additional support of more than $40,000 was donated by JSSI management and employees to purchase supplies and fuel needed for such missions, dispatched through the Corporate Aircraft Responding in Emergencies (CARE) network.

“We are proud of the JSSI team and the way everyone pitched in, either by writing a check or physically helping load aircraft with urgently needed supplies,” stated Louis C. Seno, President and CEO of JSSI. “We felt compelled to help the Haitian people, and our clients supported the cause as well, by generously donating the use of their aircraft. Waiving those flight hour fees was the least we could do to support their efforts,” added Seno.

Under the leadership of Elizabeth Rogers, Vice President of Operations, JSSI worked closely with CARE in response to the devastation in Haiti. JSSI Technical Service Representatives and other key personnel assisted with aircraft loading and other tasks as needed at the Ft. Lauderdale Executive Airport operation. JSSI clients flew their aircraft on numerous missions to bring critical supplies to remote areas of Haiti without incurring any flight hour fees, and JSSI continues to work closely with the leadership of CARE to support its overall mission.

JSSI Winds Down Free Hours for Relief Flights on March 15th

March 2010

Dear JSSI Clients,

We want to thank each of you who assisted in the relief effort for the victims of the earthquake in Haiti. Whether you donated money, supplies, your time, or even your aircraft, we believe that you truly made a difference. The world has now seen what general aviation can offer in times of crisis.

JSSI is proud to have been a small part of this tremendous effort. You may be aware that we, among other things, waived flight hour payments in connection with our clients’ Haiti relief effort flights, and feel very good about having done so. For any of you who have donated your JSSI-covered aircraft for one or more Haiti relief effort flights, please let your JSSI Account Manager or Account Coordinator know, so that we can properly account for the waiver of hourly fees, but please do so by March 15 this will be the last day we will be accepting waived flight hour fees.

Again, many thanks for all you have done to support the effort.

Very truly yours,

Louis C. Seno

President and CEO
