Louis C. Seno, Chairman

In January of 2009, Mr. Seno joined JSSI®. In his role as Chief Executive Officer of JSSI, he provides leadership to the entire JSSI Management Team. As recently named Chairman of the JSSI Board of Directors, Mr. Seno has established a separate Board of Advisors, which includes several industry leaders that will provide ideas and insight on the company’s future growth strategies.

Prior to joining JSSI, Mr. Seno held senior management positions at the business aircraft units of Boeing Capital Corp. and G.E. Capital Solutions.

Mr. Seno serves on the Board of Directors of Duncan Aviation and is a member of the Board of Governors of The Flight Safety Foundation. Since 2001, Mr. Seno has been an active member of the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University President’s Advisory Board and was recently named as a trustee for the Institution.

He holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate along with a Cessna Citation Jet type rating. As a pilot, Mr. Seno has logged more than six thousand hours of flying time in numerous piston and turbine aircraft.

Robert H. Book, Vice-Chairman

Mr. Book is the Chairman of Book Capital Enterprises, LLC, a private equity firm specializing in direct investments in domestic and international companies.  Mr. Book is the Chairman of The Franklin Mint and is a graduate of New York University.

Joe DaGrosa, Jr., Vice-Chairman

Mr. DaGrosa is a co-founder and a senior partner of 1848 Capital Partners LLC, a private equity firm focused on the acquisition of middle-market companies located throughout the United States.  Previously, Mr. DaGrosa was one of the founding partners of Maplewood Partners LP, a middle-market private equity firm, where he served as a member of the Executive and Investment Committees and was co-head of the firm’s Transaction Team.

Mr. DaGrosa is Vice-Chairman of The Franklin Mint Board of Directors and is also Co-Chairman of Sunbelt Diversified Enterprises LLC.  He is a graduate of Syracuse University.

Susan Marr, Director

Ms. Marr serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of JSSI. She is responsible for all Legal, Human Resources, Client Services and Corporate Governance matters. She is responsible for all contractual arrangements with JSSI clients and third party strategic partners and works closely with the company’s CEO to provide leadership to the entire organization. Ms. Marr is also CEO of Aviation Insurance Corporation.

Prior to joining JSSI, Ms. Marr was a partner at the Chicago law firms of Holleb & Coff, and Schiff Hardin where she concentrated on transactional and corporate matters, representing financial institutions and entrepreneurial enterprises.

Ms. Marr holds a Juris Doctorate Degree from Northwestern University Law School in Chicago, as well as a Master of Arts Degree from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Music Degree from Hope College in Holland Michigan.

Neil Book, Director

Neil Book is the Vice President of Mobility for Juniper Networks, Inc., where he leads their Pulse Mobile Device Center of Excellence. Mr. Book’s role at Juniper began in July 2010, in connection with their acquisition of SMobile Systems, where he had served as President and Chief Executive Officer.  Prior to the acquisition, he was the driving force behind SMobile Systems, the market leader in the multi-billion dollar mobile security industry. Mr. Book led SMobile from a start-up company to a mature organization, experiencing explosive year over year growth. He signed landmark deals with leading companies and government agencies, such as IBM, BT, Vodafone and the U.S. Army.

Mr. Book began his career at AT&T, serving in a variety of management positions. He went on to run Sales and Business Development at FedCel, a leading wireless expense management company, which was successfully sold to a strategic buyer.

Mr. Book is a graduate of the University of Delaware and sits on the Board of Directors for The Franklin Mint. Additionally, he is the inventor of several software security patents.
