Bryan T. Moss

Bryan T. MossMr. Moss is the former President of Gulfstream Aerospace.  He began his aviation career with the Lockheed Jetstar Program. He has served as President of the Business Aircraft Division of Bombardier Aerospace Group, Vice Chairman of Gulfstream Aerospace, Executive Vice President of the General Dynamics Aerospace Group, and President Emeritus of Gulfstream Aerospace.  Mr. Moss has served on the National Business Aviation Association Associate Member Advisory Council, the General Aviation Manufacturers Association, the Council on Foreign Relations Mid-East Peace Process International Advisory Board, the U.S.-Japan Business Council and the U.S.-Hong Kong Business Council.  Mr. Moss received the 2007 National Business Aviation Association Meritorious Service to Aviation Award in recognition of his forty-year career in the aviation industry and his contributions to the advancement of business aviation.

Scott M. Book

Mr. Book is the Chief Operating Officer of The Franklin Mint. He is responsible for the operations, sales, marketing, and technology functions at The Franklin Mint. He is also responsible for leading one of the top customer service teams in the industry.

Previously Scott served as Director of Sales for a leading New York Executive Search Firm. Scott is a 2002 graduate of the State University of New York at Albany.


Joseph W. Hagin

Joseph W. HaginMr. Hagin is a founder of Command Consulting Group.  He previously served as White House Deputy Chief of Staff for President George W. Bush.  Among his many responsibilities at the White House, he oversaw the operations of Air Force One and Marine One,   Mr. Hagin also served in the Bush Sr. and Reagan administrations and held senior management positions at Chiquita Brands and Federated Department Stores.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Franklin Mint and Fox Factory, Inc.

Aaron C. Hilkemann

Aaron HilkemannMr. Hilkemann is President and Chief Executive Officer of Duncan Aviation, Inc.  Prior to joining Duncan Aviation, Mr. Hilkemann served as Vice President and Director of Financial Operations at FirsTier Financial, Inc. and Senior Audit Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick.  Mr. Hilkemann is a member of the Board of Directors for General Aviation Manufacturers Association.  He has also served as the past Chairman of the Associate Member Advisory Council of the National Business Aviation Association and on the Board of Directors of the National Business Aviation Association.

Monte J.M. Koch

Monte J.M. KochMonte Koch is the Global Head of Real Estate Investment Banking for Deutsche Bank.  Prior to 2007, Mr. Koch served as Chairman of M&A in the Americas for the bank.

Mr. Koch began his Wall Street career in 1986 at Lehman Brothers. For well over two decades, he has served as a trusted advisor to senior executives and boards of directors on M&A, debt and equity transactions in virtually every major industry. Throughout his career he has specialized in the lodging, gaming and real estate sectors. Mr. Koch is an active pilot, qualified in both fixed wing aircraft and rotorcraft.

Thomas Poberezny

Mr. Poberezny is Chairman Emeritus of the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA), having led the growth of the organization for over four decades.  He is an accomplished pilot and respected advocate for all segments of the aviation community.  In 1975, he became Chairman of EAA AirVenture Oshkosh, developing a strategy that made “Oshkosh” a global event.  While serving as President of EAA, Mr. Poberezny developed and implemented numerous programs that have had a major impact on aviation, including the creation of Young Eagles, which has become the most significant youth initiative in aviation history. Most recently, he spearheaded the implementation of the Sport Pilot License and Light Sport Aircraft Category, making licensure more affordable for pilots.  Mr. Poberezny continues to be an ardent spokesman for the importance of general aviation to the U.S. economy and transportation system.  He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Garmin LTD.

Craig R. Sincock

Craig R. SincockCraig R. Sincock has served as Avfuel Corporation’s President and CEO since acquiring the company in 1985.  Through acquisitions, internal sales and marketing alliances, Avfuel is now the nation’s leading independent supplier of aviation fuels and services.

He recently served on the Board of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) and was the Chairman of the Associate Members Advisory Council (AMAC) to the Board.  Previous duties include the Board of Directors for Pride Refining Inc (PRF:NYSE).  He is a licensed ATP rated pilot. He is a member of the World Presidents’ Organization (WPO), an international organization fostering educational development and networking opportunities for company leaders. Mr. Sincock is also an active participant in the National Aviation Transportation Association (NATA), the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA), the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) and many others.

Colonel Mark W. Tillman

Colonel Mark TillmanColonel Tillman currently serves as Chief Pilot for Discount Tire.  He was the Chief Pilot of Air Force One from 2001-2009, and, in November of 2003, he was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross. Colonel Tillman recently retired from the United States Air Force after thirty years of distinguished service.

John (Jack) M. Young

Jack YoungMr. Young is the former Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration of Dassault Falcon Jet.  He spent nearly five decades in a variety of leadership roles at Dassault Falcon.  Throughout his tenure, he was involved in the creation and purchase of many companies that expanded Dassault Falcon’s service and product offerings.  Mr. Young began his career with Pan Am at Cape Canaveral before joining its Business Jets Division, Dassault Falcon’s predecessor.
